announce that the fabulous Sadie is coming over to the UK to teach workshops and
perform at the Kasbah 5 Persian New Year event in March next year. There
will be a packed programme of workshops from Sadie, Maria D'Silva, Guy Schalom,
Lynne Chapman and Sharlene. Don't miss the fabulous evening show and

solos. She has been featured on many videos performing her unique
skills as well as a fabulous teaching video with IAMED. This
workshop breaks down the technique of each move and combination in the
choreography before going into the actual choreography. Sadie also
gives pointers and tips on how to successfully and creatively dance to
and choreograph drum solos on your own. |

Brazilian samba is one of Sadie's most requested classes and workshops. In
this workshop she will break down some of the most popular moves and foot
patterns in the Samba no Pe, style, in a series of combinations or
choreographies. Samba no Pe, is one of the most popular forms
of Samba, it is the solo dance seen at Rio's carnival and in many night clubs in

always wanted to make your Isis Wings performance dynamic and dramatic this is
the workshop for you. You will learn good posture, various different poses
and technique for Isis Wings along with how to barrel turn and spin to make your
performance exciting and vibrant.

BY CAR
Buckingham is a
beautiful market town in the county of Buckinghamshire. It is easy to get
to from all areas of the country by utilising the motorway and main road system.
I have detailed below joining instructions from two major motorway routes -
however, if you need more detailed instructions please let me know and I will
try to help by sending these out with your tickets. Please click on the

PARKING
There is ample parking
both at the Swan Pool Dance studios and the Buckingham Community Centre.
The parking at the Swan Pool is free, there is a small charge at the Community
Centre. If you wish to park at the Swan Pool, it is within 5-10 minutes walking
distance of the Community Centre.
BY COACH - NATIONAL
EXPRESS
National Express runs
coaches from London and Birmingham to Buckingham via the Milton Keynes coachway.
Their stopping point is Tesco on the Buckingham Road, which is very close to the
town centre and also to the Swan Pool Studios and the Community Centre.
Typical travelling times from Birmingham is 3 hours and 5 mins with a 50 min
wait at Milton Keynes coachway. National Express also run a service from
Luton Airport. For more information please log onto their website at

BY TRAIN (and BUS)
If you are travelling by
train you will need to arrive in Milton Keynes central station and from there
get a taxi or a bus to Buckingham.
Trains from London
Euston are very frequent and take anything between 40 mins and 1hr 15 mins to
arrive. Milton Keynes is also on the Virgin route to Manchester, Glasgow
and Birmingham. Please check the national rail website for more details on
exact timing and prices.

The number 32 bus leaves
from right outside the railway station at 21 minutes past each hour and takes
approximately half an hour to arrive at Buckingham Tesco (within walking
distance of the town centre and both Kasbah 5 venues).
You also have the option
of the X5 bus service which also leaves from right outside the station at 15 and
45 minutes past each hour and takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the Tesco,
Buckingham Road stopping off point. Where possible I will arrange
for a car to be available to pick up attendees approx 20 mins prior to the start
of each workshop. However, if you wish to use this service please advise
what time you expect to arrive and how many there are of you in number.
From
the South via Junction 13 of the M1 Motorway
Leave the M1 at junction 13 then at the slip road roundabout
take the 2nd exit onto the A421 (signposted Milton Keynes)
At Kingston Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A421
(signposted Milton Keynes (North, South, West, Central))
